A The deposit is equivalent to 1 months rent.

Q Are there any admin fees?
A No.

Q How do I reserve a property?
A We would ask you to complete the reservation/online application form and pay the equivalent of 1 weeks holding deposit.

Q How can I pay this?
A You can pay this in the office with cash or debit/credit card, over the phone on a card, or direct into our bank account.

Q What references do you require?
A All the information we require you will complete on the application form, which is completed remotely in the comfort of your own home/office. This is then submitted to the referencing company for them to process.

Q How long does this take?
A Usually the references are completed within 2-3 days.

Q Will you require ID?
A Yes as proof of address.

Q Will I receive a Tenancy Agreement?
A Yes all tenants receive one.

Q How long will this be for?
A Either for 6 or 12 months.

Q How and when do I pay my rent?
A Monthly in advance by standing order.
