Q. How much deposit will I require?
A. 1 months deposit to hold a studio.
A. 2 weeks deposit to hold a room.


Q. How can I pay the deposit?
A. By cash, cheque (with valid bankers card), credit card, switch or solo, or over the phone by either of these cards.


Q. What frequency do I pay my rent?
A. Weekly for a room or monthly if preferred but monthly only for a studio.


Q. How do I pay my rent?
A. By standing order


Q. Do I need any references?
A. Yes, we ask you to complete a tenant credit check form which requires your last two addresses, date of birth and also your employers reference.


Q. Are there any admin fee's?
A. £25.00 inc of VAT per tenant payable at the point of securing the room/studio.


Q. How long does this take?
A. The credit check can be done the same day if time permits. Employers sometimes take a bit longer.


Q. Do I receive a tenancy agreement?
A. Yes


Q. How long is this for?
A. Studios are for a minimum term of 6 months.
A. For rooms a 6 week minimum period by giving two weeks notice after 4 weeks, or two weeks notice any time after this.


Q. Do you have an office?
A. Yes we are in the town centre, with easy parking and above Murley Citreon Garage on the top floor.
